Apple、iCloudのデータセンターに「Amazonウェブサービス（AWC）」と「Googleクラウドプラットフォーム（GCP）」を利用していることを説明！

Appleが、新たにアップデートしてたサポートドキュメントにおいて、iCloudデータの保存にサードパーティーサービスであるAmazonウェブサービス（AWC）」と「Googleクラウドプラットフォーム（GCP）」を利用していることを明らかにしています。

In some cases, your iCloud data may be stored using third-party partners’ servers—such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform—but these partners don’t have the keys to decrypt your data stored on their servers.

以上のように、Appleは、サードパーティのデータセンターを利用する際に、データセンターに暗号化キーを渡すことはないと明言しています。
