Appleが、macOS 10.12 beta 4［Build：16A270f］を開発者に公開しています。
大きな変更点は確認されていませんが、iOS 10 beta 4と同様に水でっぽなどの新しい絵文字が追加されているようです。（via 9 to 5 Mac）

Installer

When using the Install Assistant, the time remaining no longer indicates “0 minutes remaining” for an extended period of time.

SmartCards

New SmartCard support will now unlock iCloud keychain when unlocking the screensaver. For users upgrading from earlier seed releases, LoginWindow no longer quits unexpectedly if an older SmartCard is configured.

Siri

The File Search and System features for Siri on the Mac are now supported for Arabic, Hebrew, Finnish, and Malaysian. Notes and Known Issues
